Our Core Team has the desire to help every teen make their Sacrament of Confirmation if they want to. If you have any problems please contact us as soon as possible, we are here to help.
You are allowed 2 absences from the Purpose meetings (excused or unexcused), After that we will use our discretion if you should continue in the program this year.
There is no Age or Grade that confirmation should happen, every teen is different and we will work with you when the time is right.

During "Purpose" Confirmation Prep year...

Attending Purpose you will need to complete the following: (CLASS of 2022).

These change from year to year.

The Rite of The signing of the Senses begins your Confirmation Prep year. Parents, Sponsors, & teens need to attend this night.

Just as Jesus would retreat into the desert, we are called to go on retreat without the distractions of our lives.

Acts of Mercy

Every Christian is called to practice the Acts of Mercy in our everyday lives. We are going to do this together as a team. Each Confirmation student will have to do 30 Acts of Mercy. The list of Approved Acts are listed below. Parents Can Help their Teens with the Acts and receive Credit (max 15). Teens need to signup and check in to get credit

Letter to the Bishop

Why do you want to Confirmed? You will need to write a letter to the bishop explaining why you want to be confirmed and how you will live out the faith.

Final Interview

The final Interview! We will see what you learned this year and if you have grown in your faith. You will be asked questions for "The 92 Things Every Catholic Should Know"
