Sacrament Preparation – What You Need to Know
At St. Thomas Aquinas, Confirmation preparation is fully integrated into Life Teen rather than being a separate class. Teens preparing for sacraments will experience formation while actively participating in Life Teen events, ensuring they grow in faith, not just complete requirements.
How Does Confirmation Preparation Work?
✅ Two-Phase System – Each teen completes two phases, designed to build a strong foundation in faith.
✅ Flexible Scheduling – Teens must attend 30 Life Teen meetings per phase, with over 70 available each year to choose from.
✅ Engaging Learning – Formation includes Life Nights, Mid-Week Connect, retreats, service opportunities, and hands-on faith experiences.
✅ No Rigid Deadlines – Teens move through formation at their own pace, ensuring a deep and personal connection to their faith.

What & How We Teach
Life Teen follows the USCCB Doctrinal Framework for High School Catechesis, ensuring teens receive a solid, faithful, and engaging education. Our four-year cycle covers:
- Scripture & Salvation History – Understanding God’s plan for humanity.
- Sacraments & Liturgy – Deepening appreciation for the Eucharist and the Church’s traditions.
- Moral & Social Teachings – Learning how to live out Catholic values in today’s world.
- Prayer & Spirituality – Developing a personal relationship with Christ through different forms of prayer.

📅 Sundays at 7:00 PM – Life Nights (Dynamic topics, faith-building activities, and community fun!)
📅 Wednesdays at 7:00 PM – Mid-Week Connect (Dive deeper into scripture, prayer, and discussions that matter.)
